-Charge nurse to women and girls seeking treatment for a variety of mental health issues.

-Administration of medications, including but not limited to PO, IM, diabetic management, and vaccinations.

-Provide direct clinical care to patients: admissions, history and physical assessments, CIWA/COWS protocols, EKG, wound care, blood draws, patient and parent education.

-Being a mandated reported if suspected abuse is present, from home or resident to resident.

-Close relationship to MD and psychiatrist, along with collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to determine best care for resident.

-Ability to lead and direst in high stress situations, including multitasking and delegating when appropriate.

-Communicate therapeutically and professionally with patients, visitors, family, and treatment team.

-Skilled assessments in home environment

-Patient education while doing medication administration, med safety, pain reduction techniques. etc.

- Working with closely with the medical doctor, and families to keep everyone aware of patients condition
