Take orders and work the register. I also would make the food order. It was a sandwich shop. Had to pay attention to details. Being sure to weigh meat to expected weight. Adding what was ordered to the sandwich like cheese and other condiments.
My job duties included slicing the bread and restocking it. Also slicing different meats, cheese, vegetables. At times i also helped in the baking process. Making and baking different breads, desserts.
Worked on a belt conveyor. I would take the ordered product that the store had ordered in advance. Select the right product off the shelve. Take the labels off the paper and label it. Put the ordered and tagged product into box/tote. Making sure it was neatly organized. I would do this until all the product that the store ordered was completed. Once everything that was comple. Finished by boxing it up. And properly sealing it up and add the stores information on the box/ tote. If more than one box was needed to fill order. I would mark them in order it was pulled. And send them down the line to shipping. Paying close attention to details and making sure the order was done correctly. And being sent to the correct store.
My first job in the warehouse was silkscreening the bottles for product. I mixed the paint se up the machine. Adjusting the screens pressure and that all bottles was done evenly. And that they passed quality control. I also used the wrap around method. Paying strict attention to details.
I was then a warehouse manager. Making sure my team was on time. And they had the correct product, bottles and boxing. I made sure that we reached our goals for the day. Occasionally checking to make sure there was enough product in the bottles. And everything met quality control.
