• Addressing Housing and Food Insecurity in Brazos County - Conducted sociological research within the local unhoused community by conducting informal interviews (2022-2023)
• Effects of Fructose on Adipose Tissue Inflammation - Reverse transcribed RNA and ran PCR, and reviewed literature (2022)
