I started in the front the house and from there I learned boards, prep, and a little bit of pits. I also worked dish regularly. I attempt to keep my station as clean as possible and put out the highest quality product possible. Because I knew both the front and the back of the house i was able to move between the front and back to help out both sides of the line.
