Since being employed with CSL Plasma I have consistently been a leader when it comes to workload. I believe that this is a strong example of the work ethic that I possess. Along with a strong work ethic I am a very punctual employee never calling out of work. I am a highly-skilled phlebotomist with 10+ years of experience in healthcare settings. Provides compassionate and professional care. Proficient in collecting blood specimens and processing for further analysis. If given the opportunity I believe that I could have an immediate impact at Atrium Health Floyd and be contributing team member and a patient care-focused phlebotomist.

  • Fast paced work environment long periods of time on feet, , performing venipunctures from anywhere to 25-50 per day, using butterfly to collect sample only using vacutainer tubes while being in charge of the donor floor directing other employee throughout my shift to make sure everybody has a good day , along with excellent team building skills and make sure everyone on each shifts run smooth as possible and most importantly our donors patient satisfaction and making sure everyone is providing excellent care.
