- Contributed during all phases of Line 7 O2 Project. I helped manage the operational side of the project from the construction phase to the startup of the O2 system. Developed SOP/LOTO and parameters to make the project be successful.
- Contributed during the ESI project for the woodyard. The team built the project from the ground up to make it a one shop stop for the EE's.
- Prepared and delivered support during the annual maintenance outages for the fiberline. Making sure that the team has the information and tools needed to make the outage successful. Meet with the contractors to make sure that they had the information that was needed to get the job done with EH&S in mind in a timely manner. After the outage was over, verified that all work was complete and made sure that the system was lined back up in a correct manner. Managed EE's during the startup phase of the process to make sure that the mill started up in a timely manner with E,H&S in mind.
- I currently manage for the last 8 years a shift for the fiberline to make ARC successful long term. Supervise changes where needed, to make sure the fiberline delivers a quality product to our customers. Communicate with other team members from other departments to make sure the right decisions are made to deliver a quality product for ARC with E,H& S in mind at all times.
