Install First class interior furnishings, Stevens Aerospace \Smyrna ,Tennesse ,Ascent Aviation Service / Marana AZ , including seats, sidewalls, carpets, windows, partitions, galleys, lavatories, and overhead bins, following engineering specifications and technical.
Read and interpret blueprints, technical manuals, and production documents to determine installation.
Measure, mark, and prepare installation areas using templates, measuring instruments, and marking tools to ensure precise placement.
Use hand tools, power tools, and fastening equipment (e.g., rivet guns, drills, screws) to secure components and assemblies.
Modify, trim, and fit components as needed for proper alignment and functionality.
Fabricate and install structure support such as brackets, clips, and doublers, using shop equipment.
Test the functionality of installed components to ensure they meet performance and safety standards.
Inspect and verify installations for compliance with regulations and company quality standards.
Identify and resolve issues in installations and perform rework as required to meet specifications.
Adhere to company policies, and safety protocols during all installation activities.
Maintain accurate records of completed installations and updates to training or procedural documents.
Perform routine maintenance on tools and equipment and ensure the workspace is clean and organized.
