  • Assist in implementing procurement activities including obtaining quotations, preparing evaluations and recommendations, issuing Purchase Requisitions (PR) Purchase Orders (PO) or Service Agreements (SA) and delivery of goods/services in accordance to IOM procurement guidelines.

  • To Reconcile financial transactions and payments to staff and suppliers in a timely manner, maintain financial records using the IOM Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) System in line with IOM financial regulations;
  • Preparing Country Office monthly and yearly accounts closure in compliance with the accounts closure checklist;
  • Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial reports complying with relevant donor requirements;
  • Ensuring that proper and systematic completion of all posted payments and other accounting documents according in line with IOM financial management rules and procedures;
  • Preparing financial reporting & Monitoring for the projects so that project commitments and expenditures are tracked according to IOM standards.
