NASM-Certified Personal Trainer with a background in Kinesiology, and a lifelong love for movement, sports, and the outdoors. I’ve been immersed in fitness my whole life — from CrossFit, functional training, yoga, surfing, and snowboarding — and I’m passionate about helping others discover how good being active can feel. My experience managing a household and caring for a family taught me how to organize, adapt, and connect with people on a personal level. I’m excited to bring that same energy, discipline, and encouragement into the gym to help clients reach their goals, and enjoy the process.
