Performing the duties of a primary care provider in an office setting, managing chronic and acute

Completing 24 hour on call status approximately three days monthly

Evaluate students' perform nursing skills such as; vital signs, transfers, medication administration, NG medications and feeds, catheterization, asepsis technique, and tracheostomy suctioning.

Contributed educational and clinical expertise to help optimize training courses and increase student learning

Handling the care of patients pre and post operatively

Floating to various units throughout the hospital

Utilizing critical thinking skills to prioritize nursing interventions

Conducting patient assessments to identify changes and promptly notifying physicians when necessary

Administering medications safely according to physician orders and established guidelines

Documenting the required information based on assessments throughout the shift

Continually updating knowledge regarding policies and procedures and new techniques and supplies

Preserve a safe and clean environment for the children, staff, and guardians

Promote child independence by establishing rules and goals

Converse with all child care services a the level of the state, county, and town for rules, regulations, and procedures

Scheduling and preparing plans for staff employees
