- I stock all the produce and cut fruits and vegetables for the shelf. As Manager I am also in charge of working with all of the numbers and prices behind the department. Making sure all the sales and price changes are correct.
- I unload and organize all of the produce deliveries that come in which includes lots of physical labor like lifting heavy boxes stacking them onto racks. As well as lifting pallets and learning how to operate a pallet jack.
- As the head of the department I also talk with all of the customers regarding orders being placed, complaints, or any questions that may be fielded.
- Managed product rotation to minimize waste, optimizing freshness and quality of available goods.
