  • OCT>22,currently;' Assisted residents with ADLs, was also in charged daily plannings,such as crafts and walks in the parks and music. I worked in memory care, my job was very hands on which included showers and transporting and repositioning . skin care and nails were also included. I worked closely with the nurses reporting changes in behaviors and diet and weights and answered call lights and checked on each person according to their care plan and if their were changes it would be documented . feeding and documenting and charting was done daily and done very professionally and efficiently.
