Motivated Health Behavior Science student with experience as a Division I student-athlete and Strength & Conditioning Intern. Through athletics, I have developed strong leadership, teamwork, time management, and problem-solving skills while balancing the demands of academics and high-level competition. My internship experience has provided hands-on exposure to strength and conditioning principles, program design, and collaboration with coaches and athletic trainers to support athlete performance and development. I am eager to apply my work ethic, adaptability, and passion for human performance in a professional setting while continuing to expand my knowledge and contribute to a collaborative team.
