• At Get Air I was responsible for making sure all employees stayed on task and completed there assigned tasks, as a shift lead I took calls, dealt with customer complaints and made business decisions that benefited the establishment
• My customer service abilities are satisfactory earning me in 1 year of party hosting 8000 dollars in tips (175 parties) that is the most in Get Air company history, averaging $45.7 per party
• On top of these other tasks I also handled money and till work, completed opening and closing cleaning tasks, repaired trampolines and other mishaps, and completing any task that was assigned
• Temecula location jumped in the KPI rankings tremendously as I was apart of the marketing and idea part to upsale different items.
