• I built planar (aka circuit) boards.
• Built Black Box assemblies.
• Built Coax Cables
• Built crimped wire cables

Lead Operator on the line.

• Responsible for the inventory on my line as well as the schedule of all unit statuses to be built. We had completed assemblies with ending statuses of 001 to 031. Different statuses required different sub-assemblies to be built.
• I had the ability to build every station and would fill in if someone was gone or on vacation.

Responsibilities

• New Hire Training for employment
• Employee testing for Manufacturing to advance to a higher paying job code.
• Teach nearly every aspect of Manufacturing Assemblies such as circuit boards, Black Box assemblies, Coax Cables, crimped wire cables, fiber optics, Navigating Quality Manual, Coating and adhesives, Documentation and many more.
• Onboarded New Instructors via teaching and Mentoring. I observed the classes they taught before they were qualified to teach.
