Maintain a constant presence at the security stage door in the back of Music Hall. Monitor all traffic entering and leaving Stage Door, and have visitors sign in. Accept and coordinate any keys, radios and badges and log them into proper clipboard. Accept and coordinate all packages delivered from USPS, UPS, FedEx, Amazon and all others, log them in and contact staff for delivery. Check all backstage, FOH, Taft Suite as needed for security purposes. Lock all doors interior and exterior, turn off all lights and all lock-up all exterior and interior doors. Log all stage door lock up sheets and turn them into safety security coordinator.
