As a nurse technician in the emergency room, I perform all the duties of a nurse assistant while also developing advanced nursing skills. My responsibilities include starting IVs, inserting Foley catheters, administering medications, including narcotics like morphine, and managing fluid therapy for patients. Additionally, I am proficient in performing 12-lead EKGs, contributing to timely and accurate patient care in a fast-paced environment.

As a laboratory assistant, I meticulously ensured the accuracy and compliance of doctors' orders, verifying that all test requests were correctly documented. I also assessed the viability and integrity of specimens, confirming they were properly labeled and suitable for analysis. My attention to detail and adherence to protocols were critical in maintaining the reliability of lab results, ultimately supporting accurate patient diagnoses.

Conducted interviews with participants to assess eligibility nation wide. Coded data from participant interviews and followed established guidelines and recommendations from supervisors to complete quality interviews.
