After years of being a professional dancer, and struggling with injuries, I’m focused on teaching proper alignment and breath so people can be pain free. I have taught all levels of yoga and specialize in those who are restricted in their movements through age or illness. I also created my own children’s yoga DVD series “Yoga by the Dozen”. After completing my Anusara Teacher Training program I’ve spent my career creating fun and challenging classes for the typical yoga student and for people who never thought they’d end up in a yoga class.
