At BSH I provide support to patients with mental health conditions under the supervision of RN's and mental health professionals. I monitor patients' behavior and emotional state, assist with daily living activities, maintain accurate patient records daily, help provide a safe and therapeutic environment and assist in dangerous or conflicting situations where restraints may be needed.
As a restaurant supervisor I oversaw daily operations to ensure efficient service, high quality customer experiences and smooth team coordination. I managed staff scheduling, trainings, food safety and cleanliness, handled customer complaints, monitored inventory and supplies, budgeting and worked closely with kitchen and front-of-house to maintain service consistency.
My core responsibilities as a correctional officer at Flightline consisted of various things such as overseeing inmate activities in work assignments, recreation and meals to ensure adherence to facility rules and regulations, conducting daily inspections in inmate cells and common areas for unauthorized items such as drugs, weapons, phones, tools, etc., run the compound ensuring smooth movements between units, responding to emergencies including fights, medical incidents or critical situations using appropriate force when necessary, maintaining accurate reports and logs of inmate behavior, incidents, or daily activities, escorting/transporting inmates within and outside the facility, keeping track and maintaining inventory logs for all inmates in RHU as a property officer, and mentoring incoming officers.
As a Jr. Accountant my job duties consisted of basic front desk duties such as greeting guests, answering phones, scheduling appointments and providing administrative support. A major duty in my role as a Jr. Accountant was keeping general ledger, monthly reconciliations, statements and payroll accounts for contractor-based businesses organized and up to date to then be utilized to help our customers file Federal taxes.
