I was part of a TennCare program called Helath link. I also assisted APN and MD with many medical related items.

I worked here for 6 months on two separate units with a few weeks between each area.

During this time I did not work at a employed job. I was working to get my TnPAP requirement arranged. During this year I also assisted to take care of family member with terminal cancer after they had became incapacitated to do ADL. (Mother in law)

• Administered medications and treatments according to established protocols and care plans.
• Monitored patient vital signs, documenting changes and responding promptly to emergencies.
• I experienced difficulty with co-worker, and did not know how to handle this stress and in the end chose a very wrong, self abusive and untrustful way to decrease stress. In turn learned through TnPAP a healthy alternative.

I transferred to the parent company to work at Volkswagen construction site and later in the medical clinic with MD.

At this job I did PRN home health for 8 and 12 hour shifts along with PRN at IMCU in Erlanger Baroness Hospital.

I worked as staff nurse in the ICU for 12 hour shifts.

I was floor nurse with pt assignment and to sign off on all LPN on my shift.
