  • Answer all incoming emails from various departments.
  • Assist with correcting Mortgage's/DOT and having them re-recorded at the County Courthouse.
  • Audit Real Estate and Forbearance Loans to make sure the required documents are in the loan package and they are all signed and dated, as well as notarized where needed.
  • Request any documents that are missing or incorrect.
  • Follow up with the processors, closers and closing agents for the status of the required documents.
  • Mail out documents to the customers that were not signed and are required in order for the loan to be booked.
    Cite Exceptions.
  • Set the loan up in E-3 and send it to booking to be booked.
  • Upload missing documents into Blitz Doc.
    E-Ship the loan out of Blitz Doc to the bank's image system
