  • Receive, Stock, Stow grocery products, assist customers, cashier, Customer Support in Returns, Shop for customers in Outbound.
  • This is a new technology shopping experience where customers can enter the store by scanning their palm, use the Amazon App or a credit card connected to their Amazon account. 1500 cameras and an algorithm record what customers pick up. They can then just walk out the store and the items are charged to their credit card. But lately, they are using Dash Carts, where customers scan their own items and place them in the carts. Then, when finished shopping, they can scan out with their credit card and walk out. You can shop the old fashion way and have a cashier ring you up or do Self Checkout. They are experimenting with different shopping techniques.
  • The employees use handheld computers to track inventory to help determine what is to be received, stocked and stowed. Customers can ask employees to check inventory on the TC (Terminal Computer).
