Through out my two decades at Ridgewood Manor I have gathered experience that is priceless as a nursing assistant. I have learned to have patience for the residents as well as empathy for their individual situations. I have gained strength and courage as a person who must deal with difficult situations that naturally come with working in a health care setting. I have teamwork and coordination skills as a active team member of Ridgewood for over 20 years. My love and compassion for caregiving has only grown and I hope to continue making a difference in people's lives wherever I am.
