
Both roles in my career have been dynamic with different abilities and possibilities that helped me grow in customer service and teamwork handling and communication skills to the best extent possible. I have learned many things and i continue to learn more each passing day. This is how i immerse greatly in a fast paced environment at the work place i go into. Completing an array of duties and customer engagement has never been an issue for me.
I am a General Sales Associate. I usually do cashier most of the time, interacting with customers, helping them find what they need in the store and online if they needed to order a specific product. I also make sure the fitting rooms are neat and clean and comfortable for the costumers as i pick up clothes from the rooms and organize and put back into their designated areas. I do recovery a lot as in picking up clothes off from the floor and tidying up the building and while doing so i approach costumers incase if they need assistance in any form possible to make sure they are satisfied in shopping at Macys.
These are the important key points in what i do for the customers that walk through the doors to Macys.
I was a Style Consultant Team Member.
I helped guests around the sales floor with any questions they need about the apparel and accessories in the store, about brands, clothing sizes and i helped in the fitting room to give them their rooms to change and if they need another size we would be helpful enough to bring them the right one. i’ve done more positions other than Style.
