Greet clients and visitors int he clinic by standing and extending a warm welcome.

Verify client information, medical history and confirming their visit purpose and services confirmation

Answer phone calls, accurately manage multiple client priorities, by troubleshooting calls, schedules and clinic operational activities

Manage treatment for customers, by booking according to their personal schedule

Assist clients with checking them in and out, including the collections of their payment management.

Provide clinic tours as needed for new clients

Actively recommend products, promote, educate and assist in the sales of medical aesthetic services and products.

• Completing daily processing and organization of damages, testers, and known theft products. Ensure all shipping and receiving activities are completed and executed in a timely manner. Reviewing all visual elements in the store and communicating missing or damaged pieces to store leadership. Maintaining, organizing, and cleaning stockroom and sales floor areas as needed. Suggest and sell products and services to our clients in all areas of the store. Introduce our credit card and Beauty Insider to all customers to help them the benefits of our loyalty programs. Participate in inventory control. Ensure compliance with sampling policies. Participate in programs to reduce loss. Knowledgeable of cashier functions.

• Greeting guests entering the store, offering friendly, knowledgeable, and courteous service. Determining guests’ needs and answering questions regarding products and services (partnering with management as needed). Recommending additional and complementary products and/or services based on guest interests or items already selected for purchase, promoting the Ulta Beauty loyalty and guest service programs. Informing guests of current promotions, events, and services within the store. Responsible for setting up advertising displays or arranging merchandise to highlight sales and promotional events. Ensuring shelves and tables are replenished throughout the day with the merchandise. Participating in physical inventory preparation, execution, and follow-up. Receiving shipment truck to replenish backstock. Ensuring overall store cleanliness including restrooms, cash wrap, backroom and sales floor. Staying informed regarding new or existing products (e.g., their ingredients and benefits) to better serve guests.

• Stock freezer section, crush cardboard to prepare for trash disposal, remove damages throughout the store, stocking of healthy foods, responsible for stocking grocery items.
• Previous position: Front End staff—Cashier duties included checking out customers which involved handling money, coupon redemption, and verifying shoppers club cards. In-store shopper which consists of shopping for orders (fresh cut foods, produce, frozen, meats, etc.), delivery, and loading to customers' vehicles. Monitoring self-checkout area which involved voiding items, coupon redemption, verification of shopper’s club card, and scanning heavy items (20+ lbs). Wegmans to go catering services which consist of preparing, picking up, and bagging ordered meals and delivering them to customers’ vehicles.
