With having experience as a Coaching Assistant in the AYSO Region 624, I developed problem-solving abilities and personal discipline. I am reliable and do well enhancing team motivation and safety awareness. Due to coaching I now have a background in teamwork and organization, I always want to learn and grow in a environment. Coaching brings solid understanding of athletic principles and effective communication skills. Ready to use and develop organizational and motivational skills in my desired position role :)
