Hold monthly one-on-one meetings with HSE staff to review data, address questions and concerns, and
focus on students’ individual learning plans.
Lead three staff meetings and coordinated with Adult Diploma Program on the HSE/ADP graduation.
Develop monthly Aspire updates and calendars.
Collaborate with program managers to develop new classes and strategies to support the growing
number of English Language Learners.
Serve on the OAACE (Ohio Association for Adult and Continuing Education) board and co-presented at the OAACE Conference.
