• I became an entrapaneur when my partner and I realized our separate skill sets could co-create a sustaining and evolving service to our community, with a niche in water movement for agriculture, landscaping, rainwater catchment and fire hazard reduction. We are blessed to contribute to the community we were born and raised in. The experiences of this venture and our other endeavors, have allowed me to elevate my critical thinking, communication skills, time management, troubleshooting and coordinate and manage collaborative projects of variety (the spice of life)!!!
• Managed client consultations, project scopes, and service expectations across InSeason Irrigation work.

• - Organizing and building medical cannabis program at our farm.
• - Self-educating to learn and follow laws and protocols precisely and systematically.
• - Creating supportive, motivating work environment that kept same repeat seasonal help for 17 years.
• Managed entire cultivation process from seed to harvest on farm. and patient retrieval, I (we) did it all, in a respecrtful and compassionate environment.

I started Salinity out of a love of food, especially salt (and butter-to be honest). Salinity was found in over 85 locations nationally and internationally. The business sold in 2017 and again in 2020.

• I worked with a large team of hosts, expediters, bartenders and servers. I was able to observe and experience each role, as did all members of the staff, to become flexible, efficient and proficient enough to fluidly support one another interdependently.
