As the production supervisor I oversee the daily production to ensure production orders are met on time. I manage the employees production numbers, issues with production, personal issues, vacation time, and ordering parts from outside venders.

I am the operator of the chrome line and the repairman for 4 plating lines, my job duties include maintaining the cleaner, acid, chrome, nickel, black chrome and gold baths. resin chamber maintenance, pump repairs, nickel filter maintenance, plumbing, and all general department maintenance issues. I am also the back up operator for the waste treatment department.

• Worked outside in all weather conditions when taking on loads of fuel.
• Fed raw materials into machines.
• Performed equipment tests, calibrations and repairs to keep machines running smoothly and prevent malfunctions.
• Performed quality checks to identify finish discrepancies.
• operator/mechanic/warehouse/ facilitator. loaded and unloaded trucks with a forklift.

• changed gearbox oil on all zippo machinery, changed oil in all air compressors and greased all grease fittings on all zippo machinery
• Operated varied hand and power tools to complete repairs.
• welding, plumbing, pump repairs, snow removal and all other jobs assigned to me that were in my skill level.

• Calibrated pH meters
• treated all generated waste water from all plant processes.
• Activated pumps, valves and processing equipment to move water through treatment processes and added chemicals.
• Collected water samples to test for different metals to ensure the waste water was safe to discharge to the waterway per DEP standards.

• Alerted supervisors and coworkers of hazards and other issues for quick resolutions.
• Performed cycle counts and inventory control to accurately track product levels.
• supplied all workers with materials to continue doing their jobs. moved finished product to the appropriate locations.
• Drove forklifts, pallet jacks and other equipment to move materials.
