As a Property Success Partner I maintained 30 Air BnB properties in the Pittsburgh area. My responsibilities include but are not limited to: General upkeep, vendor relations, maintenance response, scheduling cleaning duties, property owner satisfaction, guest satisfaction, invoicing, supply management, conflict resolution, inspection scheduling, preventative maintenance scheduling, emergency snow removal scheduling, lawn care scheduling, and budgeting.

I maintained these properties through my experience as a general contractor, certified home inspector, and maintenance lead. My experience in the construction industry provided new inspection SOPs, new preventative maintenance SOPs. and guest satisfaction SOPs throughout the different territories of Bespoke Stay.

As the General Manager of EverLine Coatings North Pittsburgh, I opened the company with the owner from it's inception. I hired and trained all employees. My training in Houston, Texas helped build a successful business which showed increased profits each of the first two years. I made all operational decisions including, sales, maintenance, scheduling, purchasing, and invoicing for the first two years. My experience in the construction industry contributed to the growth of the company and helped me lead this company.

As the owner of Its A Breeze Contracting, I started out by replacing glass units in window sashes. I moved up from glass replacement to performing handyman projects at the behest of my clients. As I became overwhelmed by the amount of projects, I shifted the company's path to kitchen and bath renovations. I hired two installation crews and continued this path until COVID created hardships that I could not overcome. My responsibilities as the owner included but were not limited to: creating an S-Corp, procuring licenses and insurance. sales, purchasing, scheduling, installation, quality control, guest satisfaction, employee hiring/firing and training, and accounting. My experience growing up in a window company started me out in glass replacement.
