Recent Jobsites - Wyoming Army National Guard Readiness Center in Worland Wyoming involved new electrical, sanitary line, restrooms, interior and exterior painting. 10 unit modular classrooms with sanitary, domestic water, fire hydrant, communications and security at Park Lane Elementary School during summer break in Aurora Colorado. Golds Marketplace - older shopping center with new electrical, utilities including sanitary, grease traps, domestic and sprinkler water lines, hydrants, and site improvements. Numerous tenant finished at DEN. Ground up Library for City of Denver at Colfax and Irving. Plumbing replacement and graffiti coatings at Denver Mint. Other notable jobsites - Steam on the Platte is an 1880 timber building repurposed into offices with deck and other site improvements. Raices Brewery on same lot is a Bow Truss former maintenance building into brewery. Holmes Hardware is a 1880 building that burned down in 1910, and was reconstructed as a masonry building, all new utilities with 14 apartments on 2nd and 3rd floors, food hall on street level, mechanical and coolers/storage in basement, new elevator, site improvements in Pueblo Colorado. Baca County Courthouse - phased reconstruction and historic restoration of county offices and courthouse in Springfield Colorado. Elbert County Justice Center added courtrooms, holding cells, while keeping 911 center and jail operational in Kiowa Colorado. Carlsbad Caverns Elevator refurbishment involved replacing 147 existing beams in 753' elevator shaft from Visitor Center to Cavern level. Testing and recommissioning of elevators in Carlsbad New Mexico.
