wiring up breaker panel due to wire change in Engineering and client change read Redline, Three line, One line wiring diagram.

Also test 13.8kv to 4160kv Transformer and winding resistance. And perform oil test and sent it out for test.

Also test PT,CT Transforms

Test all breaker by using electrical test equipment.
