    Throughout my career, I have consistently grown into roles of greater responsibility through hard work and dedication. I began in paintless dent repair at Tipton Ford, where the owner recognized my potential and invested in my training and development. From there, I advanced into the wind industry as a Tech 1 and worked my way up into leadership positions, including Lead Technician, Safety Coordinator, and Project Manager.

    Along the way, I built strong professional relationships with Siemens Gamesa Renewable Energy (SGRE) personnel and earned the trust of both clients and team members. I was also selected to help manage one of the largest projects of 2025 in Hackberry — an opportunity that reflects my experience, leadership, and commitment to quality and safety.
