• Responsible For all Custodial, Maintence and Grounds work at Pulaski St intermediateschool .
• Supervise a crew of 6 custodians, and 1 Maintenance Mechanic 2
• Responsible for the servicing rooftop air handler units, Univents, 2 Hot water boilers, Indirect water heater, closed system chillers, and a 200 kw generator.
• All Boiler room operations and service
• Knowledge In the boiler Maintence system ie bms,or metasys
• Servicing electrical parts and diagnosing issues in our 120,277, or 480 equiptment, including replacement of ballasts, switches, outlets, motors including 3 phase.
• Installation and replacement of window ac units
• Budgeting for yearly supplies, and new equipment
• Respinsible for aquiring estimates for repairs not able to be done in house

• Responisble for overseeing the hospital on 3rd shift 12am-8am
• Independently oversee the proper operation of high pressure steam boilers, open system screw chillers, heat exchangers, Pumps, Motors, Air Handlers.
• Any Plumbing, Heating, Cooling, Electrical Issues that arise while on shift.
• Take Daily readings or heating and cooling equiptment for trending, and humidity control.

Complete all grounds tasks including lawn cutting, garbage clean up, layout and painting of sports fields, weeding, snow removal, and perform custodial and maintenance tasks during the winter months.  Also Assisted Maintenance Mechanic 3 regularly.
