To develop crews that are honest/trustworthy and capable of completing quality Vinebrook turns and/or rehabs. Also to work with supervisors and managers responsible for city completions by using the required apps and computer programs necessary to track completion information.

• Developed 1 day new hire training for project managers and city managers for all regions.
• Developed literature and video for half day in-house training
