I also would bring them back in intermittently to see what they were working on and see if the goals they were desiring had changed or had they added more goals.
- Tried to keep track of dates that I knew were important to the participants so I could pull them out and talk to them on those days. Especially dates concerning the loss of a loved one, birthdays, anniversaries or holidays that they struggled with, while incarcerated.
