  • Responsible for the inventory of over 2800 mine's and IED's emplaced on a 400 acre minefield.
  • Maintain a database which details characteristics,location and depth of each buried target.
  • Assist Test Officer in planning and executing all tests performed by the customers that collect data on the minefield.
  • Maintain 40 km's of vehicle lanes and 4 km's of handheld lanes, ensuring all emplacements maintain their integrity throughout all the harsh weather elements the desert can encounter.
  • Collateral duties include: Range Safety Officer, Security Officer, Fire Warden duties, Procurement and maintaining supplies and coordinating shipping and receiving of test items.

  • Was selected by my Navy Commanding officer to attend the Marine NCO school, which to this day, am the only one to complete it and graduate with the Marine NCO leadership award.
