Joel Kader

• Continued working on the development of 150 MW of PV and 180 MW of BESS in West Texas. Served as the main point of contact between the company and the external financing partner.
• Worked in M&A evaluations in the utility project space to expand company pipeline, mainly a portfolio of 4 projects totaling 1GW. Focusing on interconnection, real estate, permitting and power pricing metrics.
• Worked in a CSP vertical DSA with Vast Renewables (VSTE) to bring an initial project to the ERCOT market.
• Received extensive training to handle power analytics and potential site acquisition software Enverus.

Energy Transition Start-Up

• Worked in project development of 150 MW solar project in West Texas, with BESS portion of additional 120 MW. Mapped out prospective site expansions, focusing on land usage and environmental permitting. Collaborated in filling RFPs, DOE Concept papers, ITC tax fillings, and other relevant documents regarding energy projects. Developed white paper for prospective pumped hydro vertical expansion.

Venture Capital

• Worked on various CRM databases, mainly Salesforce, organizing over 500 client accounts and solving various issues of data hygiene. Developed market research on potential companies to bring external help to in-house sales team. Worked on various projects to understand investor feelings in regards to their investment portfolio and possible future decisions.
