• As a GWO (Global Wind Organization) instructor for Basic Safety Training (BST), Advanced Rescue Training (ART), and Basic Techncial Training (BTT), my main responsibilities include:
  
  - Conducting training sessions for students in accordance with GWO standards and guidelines
  - Providing instruction on topics such as first aid, manual handling, fire awareness, working at heights
  - Demonstrating proper rescue techniques for working at heights and in confined spaces
  - Administering written exams and practical assessments to evaluate student knowledge and skills
  - Maintaining accurate records of student attendance, performance, and certification status
  - Ensuring a safe learning environment for all students by following proper safety procedures and protocols
  - Staying up-to-date on industry trends and advancements in wind energy technology to provide the most relevant and current training possible
  - Collaborating with other instructors and staff to continuously improve training programs and materials.

- Enhanced trainee learning experience by incorporating real-world examples and hands-on activities in training sessions.

Overall, my goal as a GWO instructor for BST, ART, and BTT is to equip students with the knowledge, skills, and confidence they need to work safely and effectively in the wind energy industry.

Platform Access Instructor

• Developed Platform comprehensive technical training programs, resulting in improved employee skill sets and workplace efficiency.

• Followed safety protocols, regulations and codes to reduce hazards and risks to personnel and equipment.
• Demonstrated leadership by making improvements to work processes and helping to train others.
• Climbed daily to perform LOTO, rig access basket so that technicians can safely perform the following: cleaning, composite repair, inspections externally suspended from a wind turbine.

• Supported project management teams during installation phases of new/ re-powered wind turbines.

• Led detailed trainings on weapons systems for subordinates, enhancing overall team safety and cohesion.

• Jumped out of multiple aircrafts anywhere from 1000ft-2500ft with full combat loads to get boots on the ground and complete whatever intent the mission asked for us to do.
