Throughout my career I have spent a great deal of time in the role of a trainer as well as a training manager. I have been chosen for those roles in part because of my ability to effectively communicate with others and resolves conflicts between employees.

Due to my ability to work with others I was tasked to be part of a correctional team. We were tasked with assisting employees that had been struggling with different aspects of their career and offer assistance to them. The goal was to help them succeed and be the best version of them selves by creating clear and obtainable goals. The end goal was to help them further their career and feel a greater sense of accomplishment and ownership within the organization.
