Along with similar responsibilities to what I had as an associate RM, in this roll I work with our largest customers to assist them in building and refining their truck specifications across different product lines.

• End to end ownership of 80+ orders.
• Technical reviews including axle weights, hose calculations and water tank capacity.
• Updating future orders to match current customer specifications.
• Build order continuity over different product lines to make sure customer has consistency across their fleet.
• Create job instructions specific to large customers and repeat orders.

As an Associate RM I managed order processing through final inspections and various process improvement projects.

• Wrote, updated and maintained process documentation.
• Priced customer changes after engineering and through manufacturing.
• Reviewed orders after customer print approvals prior to engineering.
• Checked truck drawings for accuracy to the order and customer expectation.

This roll entailed supplying manufacturing customers in my territory with quality skilled employees who were needed on a seasonal or temporary basis.

• Contacted new and existing customers to discuss ways to meet needs through understanding specific skillsets.
• Built strong client rapport to establish loyalty and trust with their workforce.
• Finding new and retaining current employees by keeping them working year round and giving them quarterly pay increases.

My main objectives with Darley were to grow the relationship with Pierce and Oshkosh and support the new PUC product.

• Managed stock/demo program from a scheduling perspective.
• Performed demonstrations of CAFS in live fire scenarios.
• Attended and supported sales events and industry shows.
