On the hospitality and entertainment front, I serve as a key liaison between the company, its customers, and the public, ensuring a consistent and positive experience, as well as clear and compelling communication across all touchpoints. I am responsible for addressing complex customer concerns, managing high-impact communications, and supporting the organization's reputation through proactive media and public relations efforts.
The Suh Family Foundation is a non-profit co-founded by Ndamukong and Katya Suh, focused on giving back through education, health & wellness, and empowerment. It is a family-run organization with a personal connection to their mission. As a community relations intern, I primarily supported the planning and execution of outreach initiatives, events, and programs in the Portland, Oregon metropolitan area. I assisted in tracking participation, attendance, and impact metrics. Additionally, I provided general administrative support to the team as needed.
General Sports Worldwide is a dynamic sports marketing and management firm that specializes in athlete representation, brand partnerships, sponsorship strategy, and business development within the sports industry. The role of the consulting intern involved supporting the consulting and strategy teams, providing exposure to real-world sports business challenges, client-facing projects, and strategic initiatives across marketing, partnerships, and operations. Key responsibilities included, but were not limited to, assisting with market research, collaborating with team members on ongoing consulting projects and client deliverables, and performing administrative and operational tasks as needed to support project workflows.
