• Manage a team responsible for the development and support of the applications the business used to support all phases of the claims’ management process
• Team doubled in size to 28 from 2008 – 2010
• Led team that created a nurse case management system to replace a leased system saving Sedgwick over $1 million dollars in leased payments
• This allowed this business line to grow without additional lease fees increasing the margins to over 40%
• Rapid application design and delivery of product in Microsoft technologies replacing an antiquated system that was not Y2K compliant
• Member of the Sedgwick Architectural Review Board which implemented process improvements

• Responsible for the design, development and implementation of a client/server based application to facilitate the auditing of multi-million dollar defense department contracts
• Participated in audits of multi-million dollar DoD contracts
• Educated the client on the automated method of reconciling defense contracts.
