I enjoy learning about electricity and how it works, how it is generated and controlled. I find it interesting that when I look at power lines that it means that electricity is directional. I did not plan for electricity to be a hobby interest of mine, but I have done some DIY projects and vested countless hours following masters of the field.

I enjoy piano and listening to it. I have fun trying to learn to play complicated and intermediate songs stemming from the blues genre to classical Beethoven (Fur Elise). 

I enjoy writing stories or coming up with story ideas.  I have outlined two non fiction novels as continued projects that requires a bit more research and have published one non fiction. I also have two fiction novels I am writing. I write about every thing in my journal, about my experiences from day to day, about new foods I have tried and logging my goals and steps to accomplish them.

And foods. I really enjoy cooking foods and baking. I like the experience of being able to share it with others. I have tried to develop more keto -baked variety and create deserts that could be experienced by individuals on the ketogenic diet. I think cooking and baking is a great opportunity for learning and exercising risk. I like the science behind baking, time and temperature manipulation coming together for a specific result.
