Main responsibilities include but not limit to collect and verify data from real property for ad valorem appraisal purposes.

Search public records,photograph properties, and contribute to appraisal reports.

Gather information on real property, including permits, sales data and other relevant information.

Physically inspect properties to verify information and identify factors affecting value.

Conduct research in public records to get plans, permits and other documents necessary to support appraisals.

Use of IAS world, Prod and cama programs.

• Assist senior appraiser with physical inspections of properties.
• Assist senior appraiser with subject property research in county records and MLS.
• Use the right forms according to the type of appraisal.
• Research for comparable properties on MLS and County records.
• Entry data on forms and pictures.
• Analyze subject market and its effects.
• Adjust comparable sales.
• Write comments regarding each comparable sale.

• Check & Enter Vendor Invoices
• Check & Enter Customer Credits
• Prepare Monthly A/R Sales Invoicing & A/P Purchase Statements
• Reconcile Bank and Credit Card Accounts
• Help prepare Financial Reports for End of Year Tax Filing
• Maintain chart of accounts by verifying, allocating, and posting monthly transactions and journal entries
• Work with Accounts Payable Manager and Vendors to ensure that invoices are correctly posted and provide monthly vendor payment/check run list to Partners for approval
• Work with Expense & Petty Cash Manager to ensure all expenses are verified and reconciled with invoices and that expenditure controls follow Company policy and procedures

• Preparing the dining area by placing napkins, service plates, and cutlery on tables.
• Adhering to sanitation standards to keep their guests safe.
• Helping guests chose food and beverages offered by the restaurant.
• Staying updated on the current menu and advising guests accordingly.
• Welcoming guests into the dining area and helping them to their tables.
• Receiving customer orders and transferring them to kitchen staff.
• Identifying customer's unique dietary needs and other special orders.
• Opening and pouring wine at the table side.
• Calculating customer bills and printing receipts.
• Receiving accurate customer payments and returning the correct change.
• Adhering to the restaurant's service standards and dress code.
