Objective: Consolidate the health service for the business area responsible for the production of oil directly exploited by Ecopetrol in the country, generating prevention and follow-up actions for cases of common illness, work-related illness and accidents.

Achievements:
• As this project is a pilot test in one of the Ecopetrol fields in the Eastern Plains, the unification of the General Medicine and Occupational Health services for the project officials was achieved, which reduced travel times and prompt attention.

Objective: To guarantee the execution of epidemiological surveillance programs in terms of the implementation of preventive and corrective activities in the I.P.S Equivida Occupational Health, as well as the follow-up of cases of accidents and occupational and employee illnesses.

• Used accounting software to prepare weekly and monthly financial reports.
• Investigated daily variances and corrected errors to resolve discrepancies.
• Monitored status of accounts receivable and payable to facilitate prompt processing.
• Supervised daily bookkeeping operations with attention to accounts receivable, accounts payable, banking reconciliation and disbursements.
• Completed financial reports to give insight into performance, operations and cash flow.
• Completed weekly check runs and maintained accounting ledgers by verifying and posting account transactions into accounting system.
• Communicated with suppliers to reconcile invoice payments.

Objective: Guarantee the provision of health services for oil field collaborators, achieving risk management for the population and ensuring immediate assistance in remote locations.

• Monitor the health of workers and provide primary care in accidents, incidents or any minor illness that the worker may present.
• Prevent situations that put workers at risk and promote a culture of health in the organization.
• Manage and plan protocols and procedures that guarantee a healthy environment for all members of the organization.
• Conduct research related to occupational health issues.
• Assessed patients to determine individual needs and develop care plans in coordination with multidisciplinary healthcare professionals.
• Remained calm during high-stress, critical situations, demonstrating sustained focus and problem-solving in real-time.
