The Yaletown Brewing Co. is a fast paced high volume restaurant and Brew Pub. I was originally hired as a busser on the restaurant side, later promoted to barback serving both the pub and restaurant and gradually worked my way up to bartender. I also volunteered in the brewery to enhance my knowledge of the brewing process and participated in the local brewmaster festival engaging with the public and educating on what made our products special and unique.
Florida is quite special with unique nature and wildlife. Since arriving I have experienced amazing kayaking adventures at Crystal River, Silver Springs and the Estero and Imperial Rivers. I enjoy exploring Lee and Collier by road bike, and have had an incredible time mountain biking in Ocala and the Rookery Bird Swamp.
I have also traveled extensively around the world including Australia, New Zealand, Malaysia, Singapore, India, Thailand, Spain, France and England.
Recent fishing trips include halibut, salmon, cod and crab fishing off the north west tip of Washington state, and Sturgeon fishing back home on the Fraser River.
