  • eCommerce Planning Overhaul: Stood up eCommerce task force to determine business needs and action needed to ahieve desired results. Drove product supply results by creating a weekly venue to talk product needs and upcoming innovation.
  • Alternate Hi Cone Market Test: Worked across different work functions to bring an alternate hi-cone package to the Northern California market. Supported planning production, repack, and distribution to bring product to market.
  • Alternating Logic Project: Combined job tasks that warehouse frontline performed. Minimized empty forklift moves which increased efficiency and velocity throughout the warehouse.
  • Dock Door Leveler Project: Site was working through increased unloads coming by freight box which caused unload door capacity issues. Scoped, and executed project that increased unload capability by 33% by allowing any type of trailer (freight box vs drop frame) to be put into the door
