- Created ADL Nevada's "Immediate Action Plan" now used successfully during security crises that affect Nevada and the Jewish community to coordinate community response such as to Charlottesville, October 1, Tree of Life synagogue attack, etc.
- Elevated priority of, secured funding for, and accompanied local law enforcement to the ADL National Counter-Terrorism Seminar in Israel
- Frequently brief law enforcement on recent patterns of extremism and train them on responses and potential outcomes
- Lead a mission to Germany to promote improved relations between Germany and the Jewish people through education and inter-cultural exchange
- Frequent guest speaker representing ADL at local, regional, and media forums discussing current issues related to anti-Semitism and hate-crimes
- Created ADL Nevada's "Walk Against Hate" which successfully brings together approx 1,000 people for the annual fundraising walk
- Raised over $10 million dollars since coming to ADL
- Dramatically expanded ADL's role in community security, education, and interfaith
- Strategic planning including expanding the Nevada regional board to include an associate board to grow lay leadership and recruit potential volunteers
- Oversee constituent services, ensuring discrimination bias complaints and incidents are received and resolved in appropriate and timely ways.
- Manage regional office staff. Recruit, hire and supervise staff, establishing performance standards and monitoring results. Create and maintain systems for training and development of human resources.

- Organized and implemented fundraising events including bringing speakers such as President Bill Clinton, Attorney General Eric Holder and former Congresswomen Gabby Giffords at no cost to ADL
- Created fundraising events such as Jurisprudence Luncheon which has become Las Vegas' premier legal lunch
- Identified, cultivated, closed and serviced a $500,000 corporate gift
- Developed, implemented and elevated Nevada's fundraising programs and increased the Nevada campaign to over one million dollars
- Worked with local executive and regional board to cultivate new and increased gifts from the community by directing the planning and strategy of the campaign
- Oversaw all relationships, communication, stewardship and cultivation of community donors, major donors and board members
- Created relationships and alliances with the interfaith, legal, law enforcement and education communities as well as government officials
- Contributed to regional management by participating in overall regional office planning and goal setting
