Created and manages a mentor program to assist new corrections officers during their first year of employment. The program sets new officers up with a veteran officer to work as a positive roll model with in the correctional facility. The mentor maintains additional contact with the assigned mentee focusing on assisting new employees with the pitfalls of the daily correctional facility. I as communicate with all parties involved and assist with issues when the mentor feels like they are not making progress as well as periodically speak with mentors and mentees. I also maintain a mentor relationship with several mentors I have assigned to myself.

I am also a member of several special teams at Chautauqua County Sheriffs Department. I am a member of the  Line Of Duty Death team, Wellness Program, as well as the Crisis Intervention team
